01.	Poor Women Development (VGD) Program	Beneficiaries selected under this program receive 30 kg of nutritious rice per month and receive income generating and awareness training from contracted NGOs.
02.	Maternity allowance program for poor mothers	Under the Maternity Allowance Program for Poor Mothers, this allowance is provided to the poor pregnant mothers of the village at the rate of Rs.600 / - per month for a period of three years and awareness training is provided.
03.	Working Lactating Mother Support Fund	Under the Working Lactating Mother Assistance Fund program, this allowance is provided to the poor pregnant / lactating mothers at the rate of Rs. 600 / - per month for a period of three years and awareness training is provided.
04.	Microfinance activities for women's self-employment	Under the micro-credit program, micro loans up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000 / - are provided for the self-employment of poor, helpless and trained women.
05.	Distribution of grants among registered volunteer women's associations	Under this program, annual grants are provided to organizations, including registration, control and supervision of voluntary women's organizations.
06.	ICVGD	The main objective of this program is to provide food support, training as well as active participation in income generating activities to women in VGD and to bring about positive change in the position of women in the family and society.
07.	"Income Generating Training (IGA) for Women at Upazila Level" project	Provide training to women aged 18-45 in various trades and involve them in income generating activities. In 2 trades (1. Tailoring 2. Beautification) in each trade 25 people are trained for a period of 3 months.
08.	Prevention of violence against women and children	In order to provide legal assistance to women and children, the Upazila Women and Child Abuse Prevention Committee, formed at the upazila level, takes necessary legal action in the light of allegations of abuse of women and children locally.
09.	Child marriage prevention activities	Through these activities, legal action is taken to prevent any child marriage in the society.
10.	Bangladesh in search of victory	Under this program, awards and honors are given to women who have achieved success in various fields by overcoming all the obstacles of the society in 5 categories.
11.	Celebrating various national and international days	Various national and international days are celebrated by the Department of Women's Affairs in coordination with the local administration.
