A small team consisting of ward members collects information and sends it to the union committee. The union committee verifies and sends it to the upazila committee. The Upazila Committee objected and approved the list of beneficiaries. Cards are issued in the name of the beneficiaries as per the approved list. |

The service-seeking working woman who has become / is about to become the mother of her 1st / 2nd child will apply in the prescribed application form along with the distressed "mother" District / Upazila Women's Affairs Officer. Volunteer Women's Association registration and grants |
For the registration of a voluntary women's organization, one has to apply along with the required documents along with the Upazila Women's Affairs Officer. The Upazila Women's Affairs Officer will send the inspection report to the office of the Deputy Director. After checking the documents of the office of the Deputy Director, one can apply for the grant to complete the period of registration 1/2 year. |

Applications received in 5 categories are screened on the spot and the winners are selected at the Upazila, District and Divisional level. |
