1. Vocational Training: The women's training center provides three months training in modern show-bags and bag making, mobile phone servicing, modern tailoring science and embroidery, block-batik and beautification training. At the end of the training, certificates are distributed after taking the test.


2. Maternity Allowance Program for Poor Mothers: Under the Union based social security net, allowances are distributed to poor pregnant women at the rate of Rs.500 / - per month for a period of two years.


3. Working Lactating Mother Assistance Fund: Allowance is distributed to poor pregnant / lactating women at the rate of Rs.


4. Adolescent Clubs: Adolescent Clubs enable marginalized adolescents from different walks of life to prevent child marriage and prevent gender based violence, raise awareness about sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and raise income through various trainings. And to transform skilled human resources.


5. VGD Program: Under the Union based social security fence, food grains, wheat / rice are distributed to the poor and helpless women at the rate of 30 kg per month for a period of two years.


. Microfinance Activities: Microfinance is disbursed among the trained destitute and helpless and VGD beneficiaries for income generating programs.
